Danny Welbeck takes part in gym work as he continues recovery

Danny Welbeck has endured much frustration in recent months, with the Arsenal striker having broken his right ankle against Sporting Lisbon in November.
Now, however, there finally seems to be some light at the end of the tunnel for Welbeck, who has been participating in gym work at the Gunners
' London
Colney training ground.
The 28-year-old was put through his paces as he performed stretches as part of his recovery.
It is anticipated that Welbeck, who had two operations on his foot, will be out for the remainder of the season.
Welbeck's current Arsenal contract expires in the summer, raising doubts as to whether he will play for the Gunners again, but his current focus is simply on getting fit.
Before suffering the injury Welbeck had shown his worth as a useful squad player for Arsenal, scoring five goals in 14 appearances across all competitions.
With Arsenal having Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette at their disposal, Welbeck was never likely to challenge for a regular starting berth in any case.
Since joining Arsenal from Manchester United in 2014, Welbeck has scored 32 times in 126 games for the club.
