England Women drop down to fifth in FIFA rankings after World Cup

England Women have dropped down to fifth in the FIFA
 rankings after finishing fourth at this summer's World Cup.
Despite performing well in France, the Lionesses' good work returned no reward as Phil Neville's side were dumped out in the semi-final by eventual winners the United States. 
England had a chance to match their Bronze medal from the previous World Cup in Canada four years ago but fell short, losing 2-1 against Sweden in the third-place play-off.

Neville's side came into the tournament ranked third in the world, but have slipped down the table with Holland jumping ahead of them after they reached the final.
Sarina Wiegman's side are the biggest movers within the top 10, moving up five places into third.  
USA remain the best in the world after beating Holland 2-0 in the final to register a second successive World Cup triumph.
and France
 kept their positions of second and fourth respectively.
Meanwhile Sweden jumped up three places as Canada and Australia both dropped down two following their early exits in France.
Despite not featuring at this year's World Cup, North Korea have moved up two spots to enter the top 10 as Japan dropped down four places.
