Maurizio Sarri's side are waiting to learn whether Sheffield Wednesday or Luton Town will be their opponents, ahead of a 6pm kick-off on Sunday January 27.
The coverage for the competition has been distributed between the BBC and BT Sport, with the broadcasting giants sharing their pick of the big games.
The all-London clash between Crystal Palace and Tottenham is also set to play out live on television on the same day as Chelsea - running just before the Blues' clash with a 4pm kick-off on BT Sport.
Chelsea triumphed in last season's final to have their name engraved upon the trophy once again, in what was to be the last game in charge for Antonio Conte.
They will learn of their opponents on Tuesday, when Luton host Sheffield Wednesday in the replay fixture at Kenilworth Road following their first match 0-0 stalemate.
