Scotland back-row Ryan Wilson will miss the rest of the Guinness Six Nations
with a knee injury.
Warriors forward sustained ligament damage in the 22-13 defeat by Ireland at BT Murrayfield on Saturday and will return to the care of his club's medical team.
Wilson was replaced at half-time by Rob Harley with the score 12-10 to the visitors.
Centre Huw Jones and full-back Stuart Hogg suffered knee and shoulder ligament injuries respectively in the same game.
However, both remain part of Gregor Townsend's squad and will be assessed by a specialist this week.
Scotland's next game is against France at the Stade de France on February 23.
Glasgow team-mate Harley and Newcastle's Gary Graham are likely to be the leading contenders to replace Wilson in Paris.
