boss Steve Cooper is eyeing a reunion with England Under 17 World Cup winner Tashan Oakley-Boothe.
youngster Oakley-Boothe was a key man for Cooper when he was in charge of England's successful Under 17s side two years ago.
Oakley-Boothe, now 19, started all bar one game in both tournaments as England reached the European Championship finals in May and then the won the World Cup later in the year.
Despite his pivotal role for his country Oakley-Boothe - named in June on the initial 100-strong shortlist for the prestigious Golden Boy award given to the best Under 21 player at a top European club - has found first-team chances hard to come by at Spurs.
While the likes of Jadon Sancho, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Phil Foden have made their breakthroughs at senior level, Oakley-Boothe has made just one first-team appearance as a sub against Barnsley in September 2017.
